Subject : A progress report on determine why TNB College Cash and Carry is having problem in getting customer.

Introduction
The purpose of preparing this progress report is to inform you our progress on doing the study on TNB College Cash and Carry. The report will determine the problem faced by Puan Monaliza bt Ibrahim, the owner of TNB College Cash and Carry. The content of this report includes work completed, work in progress and work left to do. This report is progressing smoothly and on schedule.

Work Completed
When we all had determining the topic of our study, we start to do our job. Each of us take the responsibility and plays different roles to complete the written assignment. We are communicating and co-operating well and we are also have discussions. While doing this report, we had been help by our lecturer. Besides that, we also get the information of convenience shop on internet and going to TNB College Cash and Carry to do some observations. Our written assignment was submitted on 19th February 2008. Lastly, we have prepared the questionnaires, included fifteen close questions and one open question.


Work in Progress
Currently we are continuing to research our topic. We are distributing and collecting the questionnaires. There are fifty respondents who are the customers of TNB College Cash and Carry. We have received good response from them. We collect back the entire questionnaires from the respondents in one day. Then, we are extracting data from the questionnaires and separate them into different areas they are relevant to. The analyzing of data takes about one week to complete. The areas are based on the scopes of our study.

Work Left To Do
Once the group has decided on the final format we will begin composing the report. We haven’t converted our data analyzing into statistics and we will do it after finish analyzes our data which based on the questionnaires. The long report will be containing the results of the finding of our survey based on the analysis that we have done. We will draft out the long report to let lecturer check it before preparing the last long report. While doing this long report, we will refer to our lecturer if we face any problem. After complete the long report, we will continue our job on preparing about our presentations based on our study. The next step is required us to complete is to bind the report.

Conclusion
The goal of our project is to help Puan Monaliza bt Ibrahim by determining why TNB College Cash and Carry is having problem in getting customer. You receive our long report on April 3rd, 2008.
